Returns and Refund Policy

All sales of goods from ReefMerch.com are considered FINAL. 

Refunds or Exchanges will not be offered to customers. Except in the unlikely event of receiving either the wrong item or items that have sustained Damage we may offer a refund of the items up to our discretion. 

Some Variation in products can be expected due to the human factor in production. Any claims must be made within one week after receiving an order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
